No postage cost is charged for gift certificates - the cost of card and postage of the card is covered by us.
Please contact us when you have received your unique gift code so that we may activate it for you.
When the recipient comes to use the voucher they will enter their unique code (which will be on their gift certificate) on the payment page. Should the amount of their order exceed the total of their gift certificate they will be prompted for the additional payment to be made in the usual way. Should the amount of their order be less than their gift voucher then the balance will be carried forward until they place a further order.
Postage and packing charged on orders paid for using gift certificates will be charged in the usual way according to our standard postage charges.
