For ultra-defined eyes that never fade, apply Liquid Liner Pen along lashline, then press the matte black shade from the KISS ‘N TELL palette over the liner using a flat liner brush (try CREAM EYE LINER BRUSH #9 available separately).

The Best Yet
I ordered the Kiss n Tell palette and it as usual arrived really quickly.
The palettes are small about the size of the Reign eyeshadow palettes. Good heavy white case feels good in the hand.
The colours are fabulous, really pigment rich bold and a little goes a long way. The Hot Pink has silver sparkle in it, but not over the top. The Violet is a gorgeous deep purple again with some sparkle. The charcoal is very dark it actually looks black in the pan. A great eyeliner colour for smokey eyes. The paler colours are pretty and great for a light pretty eye look.
Smashbox have stepped up and delivered yet again.
