We regularly get e-mail feedback from our customers, almost all of this is positive we are delighted to say. We have been asked if there is an option to leave thanks and endorsements on the website; however to do that we would apparently lose the product reviews, which we know you find helpful (’cos you tell us!)
So we thought we would post a thread on the blog for you to complete as you like. Not only does it assist others in deciding whether to purchase from us, it also enables us to act on feedback if required.
The JBD team do their best to pack and dispatch your perfect products promptly - and we know how much you appreciate this - below are some of the e-mails we have received recently. Many thanks for your most efficient service,today I recieved my Ojon shampoo.I just love these products and was purchasing from QVC,however I had to scan the web to see where else I could buy Ojon,as QVC just do not have the products in stock.So from now on I will use you “Just Beauty Direct” as I am most impressed, you posted my order one day and I recieved it the next………..Brilliant…….it does’nt get much better than that………..Many Thanks………Jenny

Hi Jayne and team just wanted to thank you for the Smashbox wet to dry foundation. I ordered Friday 25th July late afternoon and couldn’t believe it arrived Sat 26th July NEXT DAY. I cant get next day delivery anywhere for the postage you charge. QVC take note !

I’m so impressed with the service I received from JustBeautyDirect. I discovered Smashbox cosmetics when i was in NY this year but the store i bought it from doesn’t ship to the UK (more fool them!). To find this UK stockist was fantastic and the prices are really competitive. Best of all I placed an order for SPF Primer, and the O-Gloss duo on Friday and they all arrived on the very next Monday! The purple gift bag they were packaged in was a really nice touch, and the two free gifts I received - both from the same range and both a proper size (not a one use sachet which is so often the case)were a lovely suprise. I’ve already been recommending the site to my friends and will definitley be back - its so refreshing to find a company with such wonderful all-round service, everyone at the company should be very proud

Have just read some of the comments here and I have just realised that what i thought was an error on a recent purchase and that you had sent me too many pots, was actually a freebie, thank you so much, it was a BE radiance which I had debated on ordering. Yesterday my ultimate brush arrived and with it was the fan brush from Ultimate.
I am thrilled to bits with the service you guys deliver,other companies need to take note.
